As a Fantastic Sams franchisee, we will help you identify potential hair salon locations. Franchisees work with a Regional Director of Real Estate and/or a local broker representative to utilize our network of contacts and relationships with landlords, developers and brokers to identify sites that meet our criteria. Once we identify a hair care franchise location, we work with you to conduct a complete site evaluation and then help you secure a Letter of Intent and a signed lease. The Fantastic Sams team will provide support in salon design and construction, supplier and vendor ordering and coordination, utilities and license setup, as well as many other pre-opening tasks once your property has been secured.
